• Maintain performance metrics aligned with organizational goals

• Participate in advanced professional development training

What You Bring

• 7+ years of professional work experience in a corporate or professional environment

• Strong communication and relationship skills

• Professional maturity and self-discipline

• Ability to manage time effectively alongside existing commitments

• Capacity to work autonomously with accountability

• Comfort using digital engagement and CRM tools (or being mentored/trained to do so)
