Senior Courier with FedEx, Sherbrooke

Be the driving force at FedEx as a Senior Courier, providing flexible delivery services while mentoring your colleagues. This full-time role supports multiple routes without assigned regularity, focusing on strong communication.

As a Senior Courier, you will operate company vehicles across numerous routes while promoting sales opportunities. Your role is to model best practices by teaching and motivating hourly employees through effective leadership. Successful candidates will possess exceptional customer relations skills and the ability to navigate logistical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate vehicles for efficient package delivery and pickup • Mentor hourly employees with strong leadership qualities • Generate incremental revenue through up-selling opportunities • Ensure compliance with FedEx operational standards and training • Perform on at least 15 different routes as needed

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum one year of previous courier experience • Valid driver's license with good driving record • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 150 lbs • Bilingual (French and English) required in Quebec
