Key Responsibilities:• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently • Facilitate refunds and manage credits smoothly • Actively sell merchandise and respond to inquiries • Offer ongoing support to clients after purchase • Consult with clients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience • College diploma or equivalent experience required • Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, and SAP • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
