What You'll Do

Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve on‑time delivery to customers.

Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products, verifying exact quantities, and applying correct product codes.

Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality—no damaged items and freshest selections.

Correctly document and label all orders, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.

Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.

Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide support to resolve issues.

Strictly adhere to safety and food hygiene standards: maintain a clean, hygienic work area, immediately clean spills and debris, ensure all totes are clean, operate material handling equipment safely, perform safety pre‑inspection checks, and exhibit behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.75.
