Key Responsibilities:• Develop an independent research program for patient access and health outcomes • Engage in teaching for diverse undergraduate and graduate students • Participate in service activities within the School and broader community • Address specific health challenges in marginalized populations• Promote equity, diversity, and inclusion through research and education

Requirements:• Doctorate in a health-related discipline • Prior nursing education or related field • Track record in peer-reviewed publications • Post-doctoral training and competitive research funding • Fluent in English; French knowledge preferred
