Your day-to-day impact Taking ownership of client environments - Take full operational ownership of client (SMB) infrastructures by ensuring continuous stability and proactively addressing potential challenges - Identify and implement improvements to optimize performance, security, and reliability of client IT systems - Maintain documentation on system configurations, procedures, and best practices - Prioritize issues based on urgency and client impact Solving what really matters - Manage the ticket queue by prioritizing issues based on urgency and real client impact, ensuring timely resolution - Respond effectively to critical incidents - Participate in the on-call rotation.
