We are looking for a Production Lead to provide structure, coordination, and technical direction within our Production function. This role ensures our cryogenic systems are built consistently and reliably, aligned with defined standards and timelines. The Production Lead works closely across Design, R&D;, Project Management / Operations, and Procurement to support coordinated production execution. The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical production experience, strong organizational capability, and confidence operating across multiple stakeholders. This role reports into project-level leadership and contributes visibility into build readiness, constraints, and execution progress. What Will You Do - Ensure the integrity, completeness, and readiness of systems prior to shipment - Own day-to-day direction of the production team, ensuring priorities are clear and work is executed in alignment with production plans - Guide technicians through build execution, including sequencing, resolving technical ambiguity, and reinforcing expected standards - Provide technical direction on assembly methods and support problem-solving during builds - Ensure production is properly aligned with build requirements from key stakeholders to support execution - Identify and resolve constraints related to materials, tooling, or production capacity - Ensure adherence to quality standards, workmanship expectations, and documented processes - Support the development and use of production procedures, work instructions, and documentation - Reinforce consistency and reduce variability across builds - Support onboarding, coaching, and development of technicians to strengthen team capability - Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows and execution practices As production scales, this role will increasingly focus on enabling consistent execution across the team.
