Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional and courteous demeanor. Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or individuals. Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for internal and external clients. Keep the lunchroom and common areas tidy and presentable, ensuring a pleasant space for employees and visitors. Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document organization. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations.Respond to customer inquiries and direct them appropriately. Assist with organizing company events or special projects, as needed. What you bring to the team
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectivelyProficient in using office equipment, telephone systems, and computer applications Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to remain composed, proactive and efficient under pressure or during busy periods Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy How you will succeed
