In this customer-focused position, you will ensure that the self-checkout area is organized, clean, and well-stocked. You'll play an important role in educating customers about self-service options and providing assistance during transactions. Regularly monitor for issues and engage with the Customer Service Manager as needed, ensuring that all service standards are maintained.
