Schedule: Part-time – Approximately 20 hours per week Your mission as a Part-Time Customer Service Agent: - Answer calls and process orders in the system; - Update customer files and manage account openings; - Follow up on deliveries, requests, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction; - Guide customers through the payment portal, handle pickup requests, and provide support to representatives and dispatch.
