Work Location: Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada Hours: 15 Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay Details: $22.50 - $28.33 CAD Job Description: Customer Experience Associate – Customer service professional who processes financial transactions accurately and delivers excellent customer experiences. In This Role, You Will: - Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following operating procedures and industry regulations. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters. - Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues when required. - Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time. - Build a positive, diverse and equitable workplace through team effectiveness and participation in performance development. - Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities. - Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements when opportunities arise. Job Requirements: - High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. - Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset. - Solid administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills suitable for a fast‑paced environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. - Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
