Financial Manager / Controller - Global Manufacturer - …, Alberta Beach

We are working with a global industrial manufacturing and engineering services business supporting energy, infrastructure, and industrial markets. The company designs, manufactures, and services engineered equipment and operates in a hands-on, operationally driven environment. They are now seeking a Finance Manager / Controller to lead site-level finance activities and act as a key business partner to operations and senior leadership. This is a broad, operational finance position with ownership across reporting, controls, and decision support. You will be embedded within the business rather than sitting in a purely corporate or transactional function. Key responsibilities include: - Full ownership of site P&L; and monthly management reporting - Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Cost accounting, inventory management, and margin analysis - Oversight of AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow - Supporting operational and capital investment decisions - Strengthening financial controls, systems, and reporting processes - Acting as the primary finance interface for audits, tax, and compliance - Partnering closely with site leadership and operations teams About You - Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role - Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments - Robust understanding of cost structures, WIP, inventory, and production finance - Hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable in a site-based role - CPA or equivalent qualification preferred What’s on Offer - Base salary: CAD 135,000 - 150,000 pa - Performance-based bonus - Stable, well-established business with global reach - High-visibility role with direct operational impact Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o5rjc
