Hotel Maintenance Supervisor About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and team coordination across the property. This role is ideal for someone with strong hotel facilities experience, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to effectively lead a maintenance team. Key Responsibilities - Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. - Oversee preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. - Respond to maintenance issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. - Ensure safety procedures, WCB standards, and property maintenance records are followed. - Coordinate with contractors and hotel management to maintain the property in excellent condition. Requirements - 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. - Prior supervisory experience is an asset. - Robust problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills. - Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety practices.
