Commercial Paralegal Alberta Beach

Aplin has partnered with our client, a respected downtown law firm, to hire a Commercial Paralegal, who can assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), financing, leasing, and commercial real estate transactions. The Role: Managing commercial lending and purchase/sale files including physical filing, diary dates, closing dates, and preparation of reporting documentation. Obtaining searches and completing registrations/filings with Land Titles Office, Personal Property, and Tax Registries. Drafting, assembling, and organizing commercial lending and purchase/sale documents. Conducting due diligence for M&A; transactions. Preparation and distribution of monthly account statements to clients. Administrative duties (includes opening files), as needed. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client, lender, and opposing counsel interactions Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work independently and ability to work collaboratively with others.
