Role Description We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Manager for a full-time on-site role at our Slave Lake, AB location. As General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Ekosi Construction, develop and implement strategic initiatives, and lead teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining strong client relationships, improving operational processes, and mentoring team members. The success of this role depends on proactive decision-making and effective leadership. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills, with proven experience in leading cross-functional teams. Expertise in construction project management, budget management, and operational planning. Knowledge of construction regulations, compliance, and safety standards. Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills. Proficiency in analyzing data, reports, and metrics to drive continuous improvement and business growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for interacting with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience in a managerial or senior role within the construction industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
