Construction Site Carpenter (Spruce Grove)

This role will work directly alongside the Site Superintendent on residential construction projects and will play an important role in ensuring quality workmanship and efficient site operations. Responsibilities: - Assist the Site Superintendent with daily construction activities - Perform residential framing and structural checks - Conduct quality control inspections throughout all stages of construction - Identify and assist in resolving site deficiencies - Review framing, layouts, and workmanship for accuracy - Assist with interior quality control inspections prior to possession - Operate Zoom Boom equipment safely and efficiently - Assist with material handling and site organization - Operate power tools and carpentry equipment safely and effectively including skill saws, saws, drills, nail guns, and other construction tools - Coordinate with trades and suppliers as required - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite - Follow all company safety procedures and site safety requirements Qualifications: - Minimum 3–5 years of residential construction experience - Strong understanding of residential framing and new home construction - Experience operating a Zoom Boom is required - Bobcat/skid steer experience is considered an asset - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Experience performing framing checks and quality control inspections - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer: - Competitive pay based on experience - Steady full time work - Opportunity for advancement - Positive team environment - Long-term career growth in residential construction Please reply with your resume and relevant experience.
