Human Resources Coordinator Acheson

BDS Heavy Haul is looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing team in Acheson, Alberta. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting employees, recruitment, onboarding, and workplace culture. As part of the BDS Heavy Haul team, you’ll play an important role in helping build a positive, skilled, and people-focused workplace within the transportation and heavy haul industry. Responsibilities Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes Coordinate employee orientations and training documentation Maintain employee files and HR records Support payroll and advantages administration Assist with employee relations and HR communications Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed Coordinate performance review processes and employee development initiatives Support health & safety and compliance documentation Assist management with HR projects and administrative support Qualifications Previous HR or administrative experience preferred Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration considered an asset Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Proficient with Microsoft Office and administrative systems Experience in transportation, logistics, or construction industries is an asset Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive compensation Health and dental perks Positive and supportive work environment Career growth opportunities Team-oriented company culture Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nm0z2
