What Youll Do As an Assistant Manager, youll play a key role in delivering excellent c lient experiences and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include: Helping c lient s find storage solutions that fit their needs Managing front desk operations customer , inquiries and property tours Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Keeping the property clean, organized, and c lient ready Conducting daily inspections of storage units and property What Were Looking For Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Customer service or sales experience is an asset Comfortable using Microsoft Office Positive attitude with strong people skills Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are considered a requirement Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed Schedule Full-time permanent position Day shifts only Monday to Saturday availability required Weekend availability as needed Take the next step toward a career with growth, stability, and opportunity .
