Hotel Maintenance Supervisor About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and team coordination across the property. This role is ideal for someone with solid hotel facilities experience, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to effectively lead a maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Oversee preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Respond to maintenance issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. Ensure safety procedures, WCB standards, and property maintenance records are followed. Coordinate with contractors and hotel management to maintain the property in excellent condition. Requirements 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Prior supervisory experience is an asset. Solid problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety practices.
