Building maintenance worker (Edson)

Overview Languages English Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks - Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs - Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse - Empty trash cans and other waste containers - Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings - Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment - Perform safety and security checks - Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair - Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens - Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures - Work with minimal supervision - Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas Additional information Personal suitability - Dependability - Flexibility - Initiative - Judgement - Organized - Reliability Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2og7om
