Drive shift operations as a Shift Supervisor. Deliver legendary customer service by leading your team in ensuring quality beverages, products, and a superb customer experience throughout all shifts.
As a key leader in the store, you will assist the manager in supervising operations while focusing on customer needs and team performance. Your role will include organizing training for new partners and maintaining effective communication with team members, fostering an environment of respect and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:• Execute daily store operations with a focus on service • Train and mentor new partners effectively • Communicate customer needs and team feedback • Address challenges calmly to maintain store standards • Ensure adherence to safety and cash management policies
Requirements:• Retail or restaurant customer service experience • Effective communication and leadership abilities • Strong knowledge of the retail environment • Ability to quickly learn and adapt • Collaborative team member with interpersonal skills
