Maintenance Supervisor for E&I Systems, Western Alberta (Jasper)

Oversee maintenance operations as a Maintenance Supervisor for Electrical and Instrumentation Systems. Drive performance while prioritizing safety and efficiency across all E&I activities.

In this hands-on role, you will provide frontline leadership and technical direction to the electrical and instrumentation team. You'll manage day-to-day leadership, support preventive maintenance programs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with production and technical teams will be essential to ensure reliable equipment operation and achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:• Champion safe work practices and electrical standards • Provide leadership and coaching to E&I crew• Coordinate planning and scheduling of maintenance activities • Contribute to electrical systems projects • Oversee calibration and documentation of instrumentation

Requirements:• Journeyperson Electrician or Instrumentation Technician preferred • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment • Supervisory experience is essential • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills • Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and control systems
