Estimating Manager (Alberta Beach)

We are looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to lead our clients estimating function supporting single‑family and multi‑family residential projects across Canada; you will oversee a team of 4–6 estimators while remaining actively involved in complex estimates, process optimization, and strategic decision‑making.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Senior Estimators and Estimating Coordinators
• Support both single‑family and multi‑family projects (townhomes, mid‑rise, etc.)

What You Bring

• 10+ years of residential construction estimating experience
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role within estimating or pre‑construction
• Developer or homebuilder experience strongly preferred
• A collaborative leadership style with a process‑driven, business‑minded approach
• Willingness to work in office in Edmonton, AB
