Human Resources Manager (Alberta Beach)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR operations within our Canadian organization. This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, organizational development, and performance management. The successful candidate will work within a multinational business environment and collaborate closely with global leadership, including the corporate HR team. This position plays a key role in aligning Canadian HR operations with global standards, processes, and workforce strategies. Key Responsibilities - Lead all human resources functions for Canadian operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance. - Manage workforce planning and manpower reporting, including monthly headcount reporting, hiring forecasts, turnover metrics, and organizational updates. - Coordinate with the Global HR leadership team on HR approvals, including new hires,organizational structure changes, job grading, and compensation recommendations. - Administer payroll through ADP while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Canadian employment legislation. - Utilize MOKA, SAP, and SuccessFactors systems for recruitment, employee data management, reporting, and HR administration. - Partner with operational leadership to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives. - Lead recruitment efforts for technical, operational, and leadership positions. - Support employee investigations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. - Ensure compliance with Canadian employment standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and internal company policies. - Develop HR metrics and KPI reporting to support leadership decision-making and workforce planning. - Support organizational culture initiatives that promote accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience. - Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices. - Experience managing payroll through ADP. - Experience using MOKA, SAP, and SuccessFactors platforms, or strong ability to learn and master HR related systems. - Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Experience working within a multinational organization is preferred. - Proven experience in performance management, workforce analytics, manpower reporting and HR metrics, with matrix and cross-cultural collaboration experience.
