Your role is to help customers understand their vehicle’s service and maintenance needs while ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and professionally. Daily responsibilities include - Greeting customers and checking vehicles in for service - Listening to customer concerns and documenting repair requests - Preparing repair orders, quotes, and maintenance recommendations - Communicating with technicians regarding vehicle repairs - Explaining service recommendations and costs clearly to customers - Providing updates on repair progress and timelines - Coordinating with the Parts Department for required components - Reviewing completed work with customers during vehicle pickup What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or automotive service - Automotive dealership experience is considered an asset but is not required — training is provided - Strong communication and people skills - Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Comfortable using computers and dealership software - PBS experience is considered an asset - Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract - Ability to work occasional Saturdays Why Whitecourt Ford?
