Security Guard with Paladin Security, Western Alberta (Jasper)

Ensure safety and provide exceptional customer service as a Security Guard with Paladin Security. This role requires proactive patrols, quick emergency response, and effective communication skills.

As a Security Guard, you will maintain safety through active patrolling and responding to alarms and emergencies effectively. Your expertise is vital in de-escalating crisis situations and managing crowd control. You will also document incidents thoroughly and handle inquiries regarding Lost&Found items.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide outstanding customer assistance and build client relationships • Conduct proactive patrols to monitor safety and policy compliance • Respond promptly to security alarms and emergencies • De-escalate crises while coordinating with emergency services • Write detailed reports onincidents and activities

Requirements:• Valid Alberta Security License or ability to obtain one • Previous experience as a Security Guard • Class 5 Unrestricted Driver's License • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent observational and decision-making abilities
