What You’ll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for ensuring that commercial building systems and infrastructure are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Your Day‑to‑day Will Include
Performing general building maintenance: millwork, minor plumbing, door/window fixes, interior painting, drywall repairs.
Executing rough and finished carpentry, trim installation.
Operating standard power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Responding promptly to service requests and building emergencies.
Supporting operational teams with inspections, troubleshooting, and repair.
What You Bring To The Team
Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a hands‑on maintenance, repair, or construction role.
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Basic carpentry skills (millwork, trim, drywall, painting).
Strong judgment, time management, and communication skills.
Physically able to lift 25+ kg and work in various positions (kneeling, crouching, standing).
Customer‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
Assets
Experience working in commercial property environments.
