Auto Body Painter (Spruce Grove)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Prepper to join our team. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday. Experience and Skills: - Minimum 2 years’ experience as an auto body prepper. - Strong attention to detail and exceptional quality craftsmanship. - Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Qualifications: - Successfully completed an industry-recognized Paint and/or Prep Course. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and open to continuous learning and development. Duties: - Refinish repaired surface, using paint spray guns - Application of primers, masking and repainting automotive surfaces in accordance with factory and dealership specifications - Polish painted surfaces - Maintain a clean work space and tools - The Automotive Painter must have: Must have red seal certification and working experience - Able to use auto painting equipment - Perform work as outlined on work order with efficiency and on time delivery - You must have a strong knowledge of the auto industry and demonstrate the skills required to provide our customers with outstanding service and value in everything we do - Valid driver's license and a clean abstract are required Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health and dental benefits - Opportunities for professional development and growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: - Spruce Grove, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: - auto body prepper/ paint: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pj885
