What You'll Be Doing Support underground mine planning and production optimization to ensure safe and efficient operations Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment utilization and reliability Conduct geotechnical assessments and contribute to ground control strategies Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Assist in regulatory compliance, reporting, and environmental stewardship initiatives What Are We Looking For Strong understanding of underground mining methods and safety practices Proficiency in mine planning software and data analysis tools Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence Work Environment Fly in/out arrangements are not accommodated for this role. This role is based at our underground limestone mine in Cadomin, Alberta. The position involves working in a dynamic, hands-on environment with exposure to underground conditions, heavy equipment, and active production areas.
