We are currently recruiting a Call Center Agents( English and French) to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our clients and customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues This is not a remote position. You would be required to report to office. Job task accountabilities: - Respond to customer/client/ vendor inquires providing timely and accurate information in English and French, when necessary - Resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and adhering to company standards - Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers - Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat inquiries in both languages - Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systems accurately - Collaborate with other departments, when needed to resolve customer concerns efficiently - Must be able to speak and write fluent in English - French candidate also accepted and must be fluent in French, speaking and writing Previous experience in a call center (or customer service role where type dictation was required) Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Computer skills and familiarity with CRM software, Delivery Dispatch Software. Shifts are rotating every 2 weeks, Tuesday through Saturday, shifts will vary from 9am to 5pm, 11am to 7pm, 1 to 9pm and 3pm to 11pm B&N; Delivery Service is an equal opportunity employer.
