: About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities - Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating extensive travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail. - Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders. - Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and handling confidential information with discretion. - Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. - Conduct research, compile data, and synthesize information to support executive decision-making. - Oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership, ensuring timely and successful completion. - Develop and maintain efficient office systems, including filing, record keeping, and supply management. Required Qualifications - Proven experience (8+ years) as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in a rapid-paced corporate environment. - Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing demands. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and professional correspondence. - High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). - Certification in administrative professional programs (e.g., CAP, PACE). - A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
