In this in office role, you will report to the CI Supervisor, bringing your expertise in Lean methodologies to enhance operational performance. Your mission will include facilitating continuous improvement projects and training teams to identify and execute enhancements. As a subject matter expert, you will help implement sustainable practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Establish Continuous Improvement processes using Lean techniques • Facilitate Continuous Improvement projects across operations • Coach local teams on project execution methodologies • Analyze costs and performance improvements for projects • Supervise Continuous Improvement interns during projects Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business • 5+ years in a manufacturing or operations setting • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred • Proficient in Lean tools: Kaizen, root cause analysis • Robust communication and analytical skills Utilize your leadership and analytical abilities to support Masco Canada’s Lean initiatives and ensure maximum efficiency.
