Continuous Improvement Lead at Masco Canada (St. Thomas)

Reporting to the CI Supervisor, your focus will be on supporting the adoption of Lean practices to achieve Total Cost Productivity (TCP) goals. You’ll direct Continuous Improvement projects and guide teams through training sessions. Your role involves being a trusted expert, driving process efficiencies and delivering measurable improvements.
