Lean and Continuous Improvement Lead St. Thomas

In this on-site role, you will report to the CI Supervisor, bringing your expertise in Lean methodologies to enhance operational performance. Your mission will include facilitating continuous improvement projects and training teams to identify and execute enhancements. As a subject matter expert, you will help implement sustainable practices across the organization.
