Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Elgin Medical Institute is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Medical Device Reprocessing Technicians (MDRT) to join our growing endoscopy team in St. Thomas, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient endoscopy environment focused on patient safety, quality care, and clinical excellence. Position Summary The Medical Device Reprocessing Technician is responsible for the cleaning, high-level disinfection, handling, and storage of endoscopic equipment and medical devices in accordance with infection prevention and control standards. Qualifications MDR certificate required Experience in medical device reprocessing preferred Experience reprocessing colonoscopes and gastroscopes is highly preferred Solid understanding of infection prevention and control practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities Reprocess endoscopic equipment according to established standards and manufacturer guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and quality assurance records Ensure proper handling, transport, and storage of scopes and equipment Monitor and maintain reprocessing equipment and supplies Support clinic flow while maintaining patient safety standards Follow all occupational health and safety policies What We Offer Full-time and part-time opportunities Supportive team workplace Modern outpatient endoscopy facility Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to work in a growing specialty clinic Location St. Thomas, Ontario How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and qualifications for consideration.
