Your solid background in coding standards, alongside at least five years of relevant experience, will equip you to drive improvements in clinical documentation practices. Collaborate with diverse teams to guarantee that critical data meets the needs of healthcare reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Generate Solventum reports to inform hospital operations • Conduct quality audits on inpatient and surgical data • Coach coders and physicians on coding standards • Ensure accurate CIHI submissions across departments • Train staff on Clinical Documentation Improvement processes Requirements: • Degree in Health Information Management or related field • CHIM certification required • Minimum of 5 years’ coding and auditing experience • Expertise in coding standards and CIHI submissions • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office suite Your skills in data quality will play a pivotal role in supporting STEGH's dedication to health excellence.
