Personal Support Worker Part Time (St. Thomas)

We are looking for a Permanent Part time PSW's to join our growing team. Successful applicants must be available every other weekend and be available to work days, evenings and nights. Description: Royal Oaks Senior Living is a 103 suite Retirement Community located in the beautiful St. Thomas Ontario. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and comforting home for our residents where they can flourish and enjoy all that life has to offer. Responsibilities: Personal Support Workers perform a variety duty to ensure the residents needs are being met. Job Duties: - Assist our residents with activities of daily living to assist them in remaining as independent as possible - Assistance with Medications - Ensuring infection control processes are followed - Following the resident Care Plan as outlined - Support the RPN/RN with work as delegated Requirements: - Minimum of one year of Personal Support Worker experience in a retirement or residential setting is preferred - Valuable communication skills - Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. - Exemplary customer service skills - Ability to quickly problem solve while multi tasking Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pjhoh
