As we prepare for the retirement of a seasoned General Sales Manager, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager or General Sales Manager to join our leadership team. You will work alongside experienced Sales Managers, Finance & Insurance professionals, and a talented group of sales consultants committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do Lead and support the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals Drive new and used vehicle sales and leasing opportunities Oversee desking, deal structure, and sales process management Support inventory management for new and pre‑owned vehicles Collaborate on digital marketing and customer retention initiatives Mentor, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team Build strong relationships with customers and the local community Ensure a customer‑focused, process‑driven sales culture What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is an energetic, positive leader with a passion for automotive sales and customer satisfaction.
