About the Role We are seeking a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our team as an Independent Contractor - Infant, Child, Youth and Family Therapist . What You’ll Love: - Full scheduling autonomy - Virtual - Tailored referrals aligned with your areas of interest - A collaborative practice environment with shared resources and optional peer connections Key Responsibilities - Provide psychotherapy in line with your regulatory college’s standards - Maintain documentation and clinical records per CRPO/OCSWSSW and PHIPA guidelines - Manage your own scheduling and billing - Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients - Invoice Bluefields on a bi-weekly basis for services rendered - Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 client sessions/week, including weekends, if needed What We Offer - Access to Jane clinic software (with AI note support if requested) and Microsoft Office 365 CoPilot Workspace - Custom marketing support: website bio and business cards (if needed). - Tailored referrals matched to your practice interests - Optional use of shared clinical tools and resources (e.g., worksheets, templates) - Peer support and opportunities for team connection (e.g., optional peer consultations) - Occasional admin support for billing/scheduling - A long-term, mutually supportive partnership Please note: Formal clinical supervision is not included in this role. Who You Are - Registered and in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW - Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychotherapy, counselling, social work, or clinical psychology - CCPA registration is considered an asset. - Holds professional liability insurance - Able to provide a transparent Vulnerable Sector Police Check - Robust professional and ethical standards and the ability to maintain appropriate client-therapist boundaries - Committed to practicing from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, affirming lens - Robust interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team culture - Committed to a long-term contractor relationship with the practice - Available to begin in November 2025. Recruitment is ongoing due to clinic expansion. Compensation - Percentage of client fees collected for standard or specialized rate sessions. Details are discussed during screening conversation. - $20/hour prorated for any mandatory meetings outside of session/related client administrative work - Non-mandatory additional opportunities (ex peer consultation, etc.) are optional and unpaid.
