As a Document Controller at Ichor, you will manage and maintain company and project documents, ensuring accurate control, easy retrieval, and compliance with safety regulations to support production and customer requirements. Responsibilities Maintain and control company and quality documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Sort, scan, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents Prepare job binders regularly for production to support operational needs Consolidate and maintain documents on the organization’s server for secure and organized storage Submit key system documentation to customers to meet contractual and quality requirements Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information Uphold company safety regulations while handling and managing documentation Demonstrate strong attention to detail when managing documents and resolving related issues Continuously learn and apply problem-solving skills to improve document control processes Requirements Qualified Certificate / NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration At least 2 years working experience related to Document Controller Ability to follow procedures and processes Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements Proficient with computer-based productivity tools (i.e. Microsoft Office) Proactive, energetic and can work in a quick-paced setting Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to details and able to work individually or as a team Versatile and have a keen interest in learning and solving problems Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nf38t
