Description
Responsibilities - Maximize operation and machine utilization & monitor scrap rate and improve yield output. - Train staffs on the process, and documented maintenance and machines and equipment used. - Work with R&D; in new product development & document current process and provide training to the staff. - Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement. - Maintain equipments in good conditions. Propose & implement for further improvement. - Compliant in accordance to ISO 9007 and IATF 16949 Quality Management System. - In-line QC, SPC and improve process stability and SPC / process capability values. - Corrective and prevent action if non-conformance is found. - Assist and implement corrective and preventive recurrence action. - Performed in accordance to ISO14001 & ISO45001 including EHS policy, procedures and guidelines. - Ensure that safety rules and housekeeping are observed in production and facility areas. - Responsible for work that involves environmental, safety and health matters. - Identify and assess any work risks through risk mitigation and safe work procedures. - Provide Guidiance on EHS awareness, accident prevention and training.
