Production Accounting Support Analyst - CGI Calgary (Alberta)

CGI is seeking a talented Production Accounting Support Analyst to join our Calgary team. Bring your 5+ years of production accounting experience, system troubleshooting, and client interaction skills to support our PAS clients. In this position, you will resolve day-to-day issues for over 40 clients, conduct QA testing, and create support documentation. Your expertise will ensure effective communication through Jira and user support requests while contributing to monthly User Group meetings and client training. Strong interpersonal skills are vital to foster client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
