Elevate child care at YMCA Westview in Fort McMurray, AB as a Program Supervisor. Oversee daily program operations and foster development in a nurturing setting. This full-time, in office position covers maternity leave until October 31, 2026. You will ensure compliance with licensing standards while implementing curriculum and supporting a team of educators. Building robust community relationships is central to this role, emphasizing safety and inclusivity. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee curriculum implementation across the child care center • Coach educators in maintaining curriculum and inclusivity • Conduct quarterly curriculum audits with the educator team • Mentor new educators and assist in training plans • Ensure safety by adhering to YMCA policies and health regulations Requirements: • Level 2 or 3 Child Care Certification mandatory • Standard or Child Care First Aid & CPR certification • 6 months experience in a child care setting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to pass Police Information Check Lead child development initiatives and mentor staff to foster a caring community at YMCA Westview.
