Goliath Grower Services is looking for a Seasonal Garden Centre Lead Merchandiser to energize our retail workplace. This outdoor role combines leadership, merchandising, and customer engagement to create an engaging spring experience. From April to early June, you will lead a team of seasonal merchandisers in our vibrant Garden Centre. This role requires robust team management, visual display creation, and exceptional customer service skills. As a leader, you will train your team in plant care and merchandising techniques to enhance the overall shopping experience.
