Key Responsibilities: • Develop policy options concerning the Health Information Act • Conduct research and maintain the HIA Help Desk database • Provide policy advice on health legislation compliance • Support governance committees and prepare meeting materials • Identify issues for cross-government initiatives Requirements: • University degree with 2+ years relevant experience • In-depth knowledge of privacy legislation, including HIA • Expertise in policy analysis and development • Solid leadership and facilitation abilities • Preferred experience with PIPA, POPA, ATIA Influence policy and engage with stakeholders to enhance health information management across Alberta.
