Located in an outdoor garden centre, this role entails leadership, merchandising, and customer engagement from early April to June. You will lead a team of seasonal merchandisers to create visually appealing displays and ensure optimal product maintenance. Assign tasks, provide training on plant care and merchandising techniques, and support effective inventory organization. Your role will also focus on customer service, enriching shoppers' experience with gardening advice and support for product inquiries.
