Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprentice (Northwest Edmonton)

If you are driven and motivated to become part of a growing team, our Edmonton Branch has an opening for a Service Technician Apprentice you will be responsible for providing top quality service and repairs to our customers. Responsibilities: - Provide technical expertise to service and repair. - Utilize computers/software/manuals/schematics in the process of diagnostic work - Provide excellent customer service to all customers - Work closely with other Barda Equipment representatives - Maintain shop & tools to a high standard of cleanliness and working order - Participate in training events as required Position Requirements: Must hold a valid Heavy-Duty Mechanic 2nd,3rd year or Journeyman Prior training on compact equipment is considered an asset - Must have a valid Driver’s License. - Hydraulic experience - Must have excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on safety - Must be a strong team player who is able to work unsupervised - Must possess solid organization, reading, writing and communication skills - Great Diagnostic/ Skills Problem-Solving - quickly identify the source of a problem and other related issue. - Excellent Hydraulic & Electrical experience - Solid Work Ethic. - Robust Technical Aptitude. - Extensive Tool Inventory Barda Equipment offers competitive wages and benefits package and opportunities for development and career advancement.
