Position Summary Join Ramada Worldwide as a Guest Service Agent at our beautiful location in Edmonton West. In this role, you will be the friendly face welcoming guests and ensuring their stay is enjoyable. Located at 15025 111 Avenue NW, Edmonton, our hotel offers a warm atmosphere where your hospitality skills can truly shine. Responsibilities - Greet, welcome, and check in guests with professionalism and warmth. - Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently. - Operate multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette. - Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. - Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information. - Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. - Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality. - Assist with additional front desk and administrative duties as required. - Ensure guest satisfaction by creating a welcoming and positive setting. Required Qualifications - Customer service experience - Hospitality or hotel experience preferred - Front desk experience preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Experience using multi-line phone systems - Leadership and guest service abilities - Administrative experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Fluent in English; bilingual candidates (including French) are essential. - Bachelor’s degree preferred Skills & Attributes - Friendly and approachable personality - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Qualified appearance and demeanor - Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction - Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities Work Location 15025 111 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta Why Join Us?
