Join our public practice as a Manager specializing in Accounting, Assurance, and Tax services. This hybrid role combines client engagement, technical accounting, and mentoring of junior staff. In this managerial position, you will review and compile financial statements, prepare personal and corporate tax returns, and enhance compliance for varied clients. As the primary point of contact, you’ll report to the Partners while maintaining quality standards and offering advisory support in accounting and tax issues. Key Responsibilities: • Review financial statements for compilation and engagement • Prepare and review personal and corporate tax submissions • Deliver advisory guidance on tax and bookkeeping • Ensure compliance across multiple client files • Mentor junior staff and support development Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience • At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred • Solid skills in compilation and review engagements • Proven mentoring capabilities • Proficient in accounting software such as TaxCycle Drive client success while supporting a cooperative, productive team in public practice.
