Job Title: Network data & Security SME Location: Calgary, Alberta Work Style: 100% Onsite Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled Network Data & Security SME to join our team in Calgary, AB. This role requires a dedicated skilled with extensive experience in network security and infrastructure. The successful candidate will work 100% onsite and be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our network systems. Required Skills & Qualifications 8 – 12 years of experience in Network Security / Network Infrastructure Proficiency in Network Technologies including LAN, WAN, Firewall, Cisco devices, routing, and switching Robust understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) Expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls & Frameworks (Panorama, GlobalProtect, WildFire, IPS/IDS) Experience with Cloud Firewall & Networking (AWS and Azure security deployments) Knowledge of F5 Load Balancer (LTM, GTM, APM, ASM) Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) Proficiency in Routing & Switching within Enterprise network environments Familiarity with NAC / Forescout (Network Access Control) Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and secure network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and security Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot any issues that arise Collaborate with IT teams to enhance network security protocols Stay updated on the latest network security trends and technologies Company Perks & Culture Comprehensive health and dental perks Opportunities for professional development and growth A team-oriented and inclusive work environment J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ofaep
